He has foundational accounting knowledge acquired through the then Ryerson University (Metropolitan Toronto University) and has over 17 years of talent management expertise. Through the establishment of OMG, his vision of providing optimum talent management expertise to finance professionals across Canada, has come to fruition.
Janani specializes in Tax, Accounting and Finance with 15 years of Tax experience in both public accounting at Deloitte LLP and in industry with large Insurance companies. She was formerly an experienced Senior Tax Manager with a demonstrated history of providing tax advisory expertise as well as consulting services on tax operations and governance. Her years of experience in Tax allows her to bring candidates and clients a unique and insightful perspective throughout the recruitment process.
